USCIS has responded to public criticism about the  processing times for stand-alone Forms I-130, Petitions for Alien Relatives, on behalf of immediate relatives (spouses, parents, and unmarried children under age 21), which have peaked at 13 months, some service centers are saying 16 months.

 

For some, approvals come quick, some are not as lucky. With the topic of Immigration Reform on everyone's lips, pros and cons, we want to share who we are.
